Make Your Voice Heard: Say No to the Lodging Property Tax Treatment Bill (SB33)
Join the Colorado Lodging and Resort Alliance (CLARA) and STR stakeholders from across Colorado on Tuesday, Feb. 6, from 8 a.m. to noon for an STR Advocacy Day at the Capitol. SB33 is currently under consideration by the Senate and has the potential to have devastating impacts on our community.
We need everyone to come together and attend this event to fight SB33, a bill that would quadruple property taxes and classify certain STRs as commercial property.
