Governor Jared Polis Visits Estes Park

Last month, Governor Jared Polis stopped by The Stanley Hotel in Estes Park to sign two bills into law: HB 24-1295 and HB 24-1358. HB 24-1295 will provide funding through the community revitalization grant program to support communities that encourage creative projects. HB 24-1358 will provide funding though a film incentive income tax credit to production companies who produce their project in Colorado.

Just this week, The Wall Street Journal released an article highlighting some of the important strides short-term rental advocates have made. The article highlights the Colorado Lodging and Resort Alliance (CLARA) and the work done in Colorado to defeat SB 24-033.
